1-10 units
In the early stages of development low quantities are key for iteration, testing, demonstration and marketing purposes.

We use 3D Printing, development boards or low volume custom electronics to give you everything you need to move to the next stage. All of this can be done in house to keep your costs down.

10-100 units
Typically used for early beta testing or pilots, we can create larger quantities to facilitate testing in the field. ​
​
This can range from precision 3D printing to CNC'd plastic enclosures and custom electronics housed within. We can also use 3D printed hard or silicone moulds to get as close as possible to your desired finish.
Depeding on your requirements this can be done in house or in collaboration with our production partners.

100-1,000 units
From Micro-Production to Mass Scale, consistency is critical. Our dedicated microfactory allows us to produce mid-scale runs using methods that mirror final production as closely as possible.

At this point DFM will optimise electronics and mechanical enclosures and enable both cost and value engineering to come into play.

As unit requirements grow, we utilise our microfactory or collaborate with your intended manufacturing partners to ensure a smooth transition to commercial deployment.

Transitioning from hundreds to thousands of units is a pivotal moment. We provide the infrastructure to bridge this gap, utilising our dedicated microfactory for high complexity builds or coordinating directly with our mass manufacturing partners for streamlined runs.

This stage is defined by cost down DFM and commercial readiness. We manage the transition to final tooling and high volume assembly, ensuring that as your unit requirements grow, your margins improve and your quality remains absolute.

At this stage, you're flying! We provide end to end Manufacturing Management, supporting with any iterative changes, improvements and continue to work with the manufacturer to optimise the product, process and customer experience.​
